Today we’ll cover some affirmations to help you regain focus and go back to writing during the pandemic.

I can finally find peace among the chaos.
I can focus on myself today.
I will ignore the news for a few moments.
The world stopped to help me continue my work.
Even though I feel bad, I will find a way to channel it into good.
I don’t benefit from looking at numbers.
I won’t fall into panic today.
I won’t let my anxiety stop me from resting.
I will search for inspiration in the smallest of things.
I opened my eyes today and I will remain alive.
I am thankful for the silence.
I am grateful for my home, as my home is my safety.
I will shift my focus from the news towards my writing.
I can write any amount of words I want today.
I will let myself forget about the world around me when I sit down to write.
When I write, the world can’t hurt me.
I will let the silence inspire me.
I will search for inspiration in the events around me.
I can travel anywhere I want in my mind.
I was careful yesterday so I’m feeling well today.
Today I will repeat my efforts to remain safe.
I finally have all the time in the world to focus on my writing.
I will explore new worlds when I sit down to write.
