Let’s all take a moment and express our gratitude. When we give thanks, we receive a special “thank you” back from the Universe. At least I call it Universe, Some call it God, and some don’t name it. I often see thankfulness left behind, while we run to deal with our everyday lives. I see it gets buried and forgotten.
Today I want to be thankful for still having plenty of time to finish my novels. I still have plenty of time to translate them. I have all the time in the world to try and publish them, go through all the denials, and still stand strong.
I have the power to deal with all the things on my plate and I’m thankful for it.
I have an abundance of words in my mind, ready to explode as soon as I start writing, so I rarely go through a writer’s block.
I know that there are people who will buy my books. I know that there are people who will love them. I am thankful.
I am thankful for all the doors that have opened to me as I closed the ones I didn’t need anymore. For finding out all the poetry and short story competitions, for seeing all the options and for the knowledge on how to use them for my betterment.
I still have a healthy family, and I am also healthy myself.
Try this. It works even better if you write it down. That way you make your words more powerful. Comment below or make your own blog post.
If you don’t blog, write it down on a piece of paper at least.
