Since Instagram is mainly used on the phone, posting during the off-work hours would work best, which means 1 PM, during lunch hours, and 5 PM – at the end of the workday. Regarding days, Friday is the best day for posting on Instagram.

Twitter is another social media network that can be used both on phone and PC devices, allowing users to follow the news they’re interested in. The best times to post on Twitter are 8 – 10 AM and 6 – 9 PM. That way the post can reach more audience. Regarding days, B2B focused users should post during the weekdays and B2C should post on weekends.

Even though Pinterest is more of a search engine and global content is present, people spend their time on it regularly. The best times to post on Pinterest are 8 – 11 PM and 2 PM to 4 AM. Regarding the days, pins should be posted every day. Avid users claim that creating 3 or more pins for the same landing page and posting it scattered through the day, primarily in personal boards, will bring the best results.
